Zeversolar Grid-connected Inverter Warranty Conditions
These warranty conditions apply solely for the following Zeversolar Grid-connected Inverters: Eversol TL2100, TL3200, TL4600, TL5400, TL1500AS, TL2000AS, TLC 12K, TLC 17K. The standard warranty period is 5 years from the date indicated in the purchasing invoice from Zeversolar or from the date of delivery ex-work Zeversolar Suzhou. During the warranty period, the costs for repair and replacement unit, which result from the defective devices will be covered by Zeversolar. Customers can choose to extend warranty from 5 years.
Warranty Conditions
In order to obtain the warranty service in time, following documentations of the defective inverter should be provided:
A corresponding invoice from the dealer or installer.
A legible label showing the serial number and type of the inverter.
If the user is unable to provide above documentations, according to the factory warranty Zeversolar will retain the executive decision to or not to or make charge for the repair of defective device.
Claims under this warranty are precluded in the following instances:
Transpotation damage
Improper installation or debugging
Failure to observe pertinent regulations, standards or handbook instructions
arbitrary modification, replacement or trial repair of the unit
Improper operation
Poor ventilation
Failure to observe safety application regulations
Force majeure (lightening , over voltage, thunderstrike, fire, etc)
Warranty Processing
If a device becomes defective during the factory warranty period, the customers can contact the dealer or the installer directly. If the customers need to obtain the standard after-sales service by Zeversolar, the following information should be provided:
Serial number of the inverter
A copy of the purchase invoice and a copy of the warranty card
The error message of the inverter (if possible) or any information which would be helpful to determine the defect.
The detailed information of the PV-System (including the technical data of the PV-modules, connecting methods, circuit and so on)
After receiving above information, Zeversolar will decide how to proceed the after-sales service:
Repair on-site, or
Repair at Eversolar, or
Offer replacement devices
